The18 story River Oaks apartment building original built in 1964, has been demolished from the exterior back to the concrete core structure. The reconstruction of the exterior will be all glass which will create an updated midcentury style elevation. The interior build back is where the challenges begin. Starting with the interior demolition of the all plaster wall construction which created and extraordinary amount of debris. Interior structural reinforcement for the addition of 2 penthouse floors was the next challenge we overcame.
